And because we want to allow you to customise your cake as much as possible, there is the option of adding a couple of truffles, edible Silver or Gold leaf and a Personalised Message for the top of the cake. Want to blow out a candle to mark your celebration? Opt for the addition of separately boxed cupcake and candle in the same flavour as the main cake. *Serving sizes are based on a Dessert Serving of 1” x 2” (2.5 cm x 5cm). Take two heart shaped layers of our classic Red Velvet, top and fill with a beautiful cream cheese buttercream, strawberries*, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, sugar heart's and white chocolate truffles. For this beautiful Cream Tart / Letter Tart we took two layers of our delicious pâte sucrée (crisp sweet pastry dough) and baked them to perfection. These layers were then brushed lightly with some dark chocolate. Then we took a delicious Rose infused Crème Diplomat (think Pastry cream but lighter). We assembled to the two layers and then decorated with toffee, chocolate truffles, some tempered chocolate shapes, crushed meringue, sprinkles, fresh strawberries and blueberries, rose buds and leaves, a tiny touch of edible gold leaf and finally an edible gold feather. So there we have - " Le Cœur " : Beautiful, elegant, delicious! Style and substance coming together! Add Edible Gold leaf for that extra touch of Elegance. Tart is 9 inches at it's widest point. Croquembouche is made with choux buns which are traditionally filled with crème pâtissière (pastry cream) which are then assembled in a tower and coated with a caramelised sugar/toffee sauce. We decorate ours with caramelised sugar, buttercream and edible cake lace or sugar flowers. Macarons are an opional extra. Please note these Croqembouche do not come with a nougatine base as standard. Our croquembouche come with one filling as standard. If Croquembouche tower is to be kept out for more than a few hours then a small amount of alcohol will need to be added to the crème pâtissière. This 1 foot* tall tower is the smallest that we offer. Typically there are around 70 Choux per tower. One serving is 3/4 Choux. Croquembouche can be made in many sizes to cater for all occasions. Contact us to enquire about larger sizes.
