Abby, the founder of Sundeis Cakes & Patisserie, transformed her lifelong passion for baking into a business that blends precision and creativity. With a background as a Banking Project Manager, Abby brings a unique skill set to her baking, ensuring each creation is meticulously crafted

Abby's passion for travel brings diverse flavours to her kitchen. From markets in Marrakech to patisseries in Paris, she draws inspiration from around the world to create unique and flavourful desserts.

Banking to Baking

After a successful banking career, Abby launched a consultancy before fully embracing her love for baking. She earned the Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu London, combining her skills and business acumen to create Sundeis Cakes & Patisserie, delivering high-quality desserts for every occasion.

Quality and Creativity

Abby uses only the finest ingredients to create desserts that taste as good as they look. Specialising in wedding and celebration cakes, she crafts visually striking treats with buttercream and ganache, and incorporates sourdough for unique flavour experiences.
