Please note that we get booked up quickly, so we recommend ordering as early as possible. We also offer a cake tasting package with three flavours of your choice for £40, available for collection from our Purley location.

What are the portion sizes and pricing for your cakes?

Our portion sizes are based on dessert servings, with each slice measuring 1” x 2” (2.5 cm x 5 cm). Every order comes with a guide on how to slice our tall cakes beautifully. Final pricing depends on cake size and design, with more intricate decorations at the higher end. We specialize in cakes covered with buttercream or ganache and do not offer novelty or fondant-covered cakes. All of our bespoke round cakes are 7 inches tall and have 4 layers. What are the payment terms for ordering a cake?

Accepted Answer

To confirm your order, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before delivery or collection. All design changes must be finalized by this point (additional fees may apply for adjustments). For orders placed within 4 weeks of the delivery date, full payment is required at the time of booking. As we limit the number of orders each week to ensure quality, we recommend booking your cake well in advance. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received. Do your cakes contain allergens?

For more information, please refer to our full Allergen Policy [insert link]. Our cakes contain WHEAT FLOUR (GLUTEN) and may also include EGGS, MILK, SOYA, and SULPHITES. Please be aware that all of our products are made in a kitchen that handles NUTS. If you have specific allergen concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, our products are not suitable for those with coeliac disease.

What are the delivery and collection options for cakes?

Accepted Answer

We offer delivery and setup for wedding cakes and larger tiered cakes within Central London for £75. For areas outside London, pricing is quoted based on mileage and time. You can also collect your cake from our Purley location, where we’ll package it for safe transport and provide detailed handling instructions. However, we recommend having us deliver any tiered cakes, as we cannot be held responsible for the cake once it leaves our care.
