Classic Tiered Cakes

There is a reason the tiered cake has anchored celebrations for generations — nothing else commands a room quite like it. At Sundeis, our tiered cakes are far from ordinary. Each tier is individually baked, filled, and finished by hand, with every detail considered from the first layer to the last flourish. Our tiered cakes are super tall and imposing with each tier being made up of 4 layers of cake.

Our signature two-tier design — available in classic buttercream or the ever-popular semi-naked finish. The semi-naked style, where the sponge peeks softly through a light veil of buttercream, has become one of our most requested finishes; effortlessly beautiful and wonderfully modern.

Large Single Tiered Cakes

Inspired by the Italian tradition of abundance, our large single-tier cakes are for those who believe one tier, done exceptionally well, is more than enough. Standing tall and crowned with a generous arrangement of fresh seasonal fruits, these cakes are as visually stunning as they are indulgent.

Our 13-inch showpiece serves 65 guests and starts from £390. Each layer in this instance, is made up of 3 layers of cake. Don't let the simplicity fool you — the craftsmanship that goes into a single-tier Sundeis cake is every bit as considered as our tiered designs. The fruit-topped finish makes these cakes particularly popular for summer celebrations, garden parties, and occasions where freshness and elegance go hand in hand.

Table Runner Cakes

One of the most exciting trends in celebration cakes — and we've made it our own.

If you've been anywhere near a wedding or event Instagram feed recently, you'll have seen the table runner cake — and for good reason. Long, low, and laid directly on the table, these spectacular rectangular cakes become part of the table styling itself, flowing between candles, florals, and glassware to create something truly theatrical.

At Sundeis, our table runner cakes are decorated whimsically and with complete creative freedom — think dried flowers, hand-piped details, flowing organic shapes, and textures that feel more like art than baking. No two are ever quite alike.

Our shortest design starts at two feet in length and serves approximately 50 guests. For larger tables and grander gatherings, longer runners are available — just get in touch to discuss what your table calls for.
