Chef Abby, the patisserie chef behind every Sundeis cake, trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, where she completed the full Diplôme de Pâtisserie (one of the most rigorous culinary qualifications in the world). Every cake that leaves this studio is made by hand, to order, using the finest ingredients. Nothing is produced in advance, nothing is mass-made, and no two commissions are ever quite the same.
