Sundeis is not a bakery in the traditional sense. It is a chef-led studio where every commission is treated as a creative and technical endeavour in its own right.

Chef Abby trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, completing the full Diplôme de Pâtisserie; one of the most rigorous and respected patisserie qualifications in the world. Before that, she spent over a decade in banking and project management, and brought the precision and discipline of that world with her when she turned her lifelong passion for cake making into a profession.

The result is a studio where classical French technique meets a genuinely global palate, informed by years of travel across Asia, Europe and beyond.  Every cake is delivered with the attention to detail and commitment to quality that the occasion deserves.
